Your business's online shop
You have a shop with a shutter and want to sell to people who never walk past. You do not need a second company to run: you need the site that already tells your business's story to have a cart as well, and somebody to keep it standing. The FlashWeb online shop is that: a part of your site, with the catalogue you load and the rest done by us.
You load the catalogue, from your phone
From the dashboard you add a product with its photos, its price and its colour and size variants, each with its own stock and, if you like, its own photos. When a product runs out it leaves the site on its own. For a promotion you set the struck price and the site also prints the lowest price of the last thirty days, as the law on discounts requires. There is no theme to configure: the catalogue appears inside the site, in its style.
Card payments, on your own account
The customer pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay and the money reaches your bank account through Stripe, which you connect once with your business's documents. We keep no percentage of orders: you pay only the card fee to the payment provider. In the dashboard you see balance and payouts, and every order arrives with the receipt for the customer.
Shipping with the label ready, or collection in the shop
You decide the zones you ship to, from Italy to the rest of Europe, with the rate per weight band and the threshold above which shipping is free. From the order you print the label through the couriers aggregated in the dashboard or through the contract you already have with your own courier. If you prefer, the customer chooses collection in the shop. Confirmation and dispatch reach the customer by email, with your name as the sender.
The legal pages are already written
To sell to consumers you need the privacy notice, the terms of sale, the right of withdrawal with its form and cookies handled properly. The site generates them from your business's details, your delivery times and your handling of returns, and updates them when something changes. If you have an adviser, the adviser's versions replace ours.
Orders, returns and discounts in the same dashboard
The dashboard holds the orders, the returns with the product going back into stock and the discount codes, with no second application to learn. Every email to the customer, from confirmation to dispatch, goes out under your name and in your style. Products, orders and customers export to a file whenever you like: they stay yours.
When it fits, and when it does not
The shop is built for a business with a contained catalogue, from a few dozen to a few hundred products, that wants to sell in Italy and Europe without hiring somebody for the site. If you need to sell in several currencies, on marketplaces, with customer accounts and loyalty programmes, a specialised platform is what you really need, and we say so first. If instead you want the shop to be part of your site and the technical work not to be yours, that is exactly what we built it for.
The first is a real shop, a second-hand bookshop in Rome and our client. The second is a demonstration we built to show a technical catalogue.

How much does the online shop cost?
The shop is added to the site at a monthly price of its own, shown on the home page beside the site's. There is no commission of ours on orders: you pay only the card fee to the payment provider.
How do I receive the money from orders?
On your bank account, through Stripe's automatic payouts. In the dashboard you see the balance, the payouts on the way and the connected account, and the receipt for every order is ready for your bookkeeping.
Can I use my own courier?
Yes. You can print labels through the couriers aggregated in the dashboard, or connect the contract you already have with your own courier and use its rates.
Can I sell outside Italy too?
Yes, in euro, with the shipping zones and rates you set. The site is in Italian and English, so a foreign customer reads it in a language they know.
Do I have to take the product photos myself?
You upload the photos, and we tell you which ones to take with a phone so they come out well. If you would rather hire a photographer, we tell you what to ask for so the files work on the site.
