Terms of service

Last updated: 23 August 2026

The service

FlashWeb is a Devra service. We build websites for local businesses: we prepare a complete preview of the site, show it to you finished, and you pay only if you decide to keep it. By using this site or requesting a preview you accept these terms.

The preview

  • The preview is free and commits you to nothing. No deposit, no card, no obligation to reply.
  • We build it from what you write to us and from your business's public information. If something is wrong or you do not want it shown, tell us and we correct or remove it.
  • It stays online until the date named in your email, then goes offline by itself. Need more time? Reply to the email.
  • We may decline to prepare a preview, and you can ask us to delete one at any time.

The subscription

  • If you keep the site, you choose a plan at a fixed monthly price. The price is the one shown at purchase and never changes without your consent.
  • The subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel any time from your billing page, effective at the end of the period. No penalties, no retention calls.
  • Payments are handled by a third-party provider (Stripe). We neither see nor store your full card number.

The domain is yours

The domain is registered in your name. It is yours, and it stays yours if you cancel. If you ever leave, the domain goes with you.

If you cancel

The site stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for, then goes offline. The domain remains yours. On request we hand over the site's content.

What we promise, and what we don't

We keep the site online, maintained and working, and we make edits as described in your plan. We do not promise Google rankings or business results: nobody can, and distrusting whoever does is a good rule for choosing us too. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law grants you that cannot be waived.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, any dispute stays with the court of the place where you live, as the law provides.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we tell you by email before the changes apply to your subscription. When this page changes, the date above changes with it.
