Who we are

FlashWeb is a Devra service. We build websites for local businesses: we build the site, show it to you finished, and you decide afterwards. For anything about this notice or your data, write to hello@devra.net.

What we process

• What you type into this site's forms: your business description, what you need, your name and your email. Nothing else is asked for.
• Public information about your business, when we prepare a preview: photos, opening hours, reviews and location from your public Google listing. The same things every customer of yours already sees. Never from private accounts.
• Aggregate visit statistics through Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not follow you to other websites.
• One functional cookie, flashweb-locale, remembering your chosen language. No tracking or advertising cookies.
• Ordinary server logs at our host, including IP address, for security and reliability.
• If you subscribe: billing details, handled by our payment provider. We neither see nor store your full card number.

Previews are generated with AI

Your site is built with artificial-intelligence systems: the description you send and your business's public information are processed by AI models to generate the site's copy, structure and design. Every site is then checked by a person before it is sent. No decision with legal effect on you is made automatically.

Who processes data for us

We do not sell your data. It is processed on our behalf, each provider for its own job:

• Vercel: hosting and visit statistics.
• Resend: sending email, including your preview and replies to the forms.
• Anthropic: the AI models that generate the site.
• Stripe: payments, if you subscribe.

Transfers outside the EU

Some of these providers process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards the GDPR provides for, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep it

Your preview stays online until the date named in your email, then goes offline by itself. Requests and messages are kept as long as needed to reply and manage the relationship. If you want a preview or your data deleted sooner, write to hello@devra.net and we will.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@devra.net. You can also complain to a supervisory authority; in Italy that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date above changes with it.
